The opportunity to photograph the Liljestrand House in Honolulu was incredible. The drive up the mountain was an experience in itself… past a burned out limousine and along a twisting, overgrown driveway that felt like the opening scene of a thriller. The drive was wild, but seeing Vladimir Ossipoff’s masterpiece in person made it all worth it.
